Weight Watchers??

Yeah, well, I've been WATCHING my WEIGHT .. steadily INCREASING for the last 8 years or so.

Some of my online friends and I have decided to do a modified WW weight loss program together.  One of us is keeping track of our weigh-ins and they tried to explain the whole "point" thing to me .. ??  Sounds complicated .. but it's a starting point.

We are all wanting to lose somewhere between 25 and 35 pounds or so, so it should be interesting.

I really should take a "BEFORE" picture ...  but not sure I will post it until I have an "AFTER" picture.

I weighed in at 166.5.  There. I said it.

Let's go girls ..!
